The Recycled Fabric
Every single Young Squad piece is made entirely from recycled and sustainable fabrics. This includes our printed fabrics, our board shorts and even our inner linings.

We use Carvico, a 100% regenerated lycra made from abandoned fishing nets and nylon waste from landfills and oceans around the world.

Even our linings are made from recycled and sustainable content, because our commitment to sustainability runs through every layer of our ethos

Just recently our manufacturer switched their yarn supplier, which means the process of making our swimwear is even more environmentally sustainable.

We need to look after this beautiful world. I live on gorgeous beaches at the Gold Coast, I see fishing nets and plastics in our oceans and feel that we need to be helping it, not destroying it.

It is very important for our kids to learn to look after our environment as well and not be so wasteful.
