Ladies Board Shorts – Summer Splice

I’m so pleased to be able to offer a range of women’s board shorts in sizes from petite to plus size. Each pair of board shorts is printed on high quality, recycled polyester with unique designs.

These board shorts are a relaxed fit with a slightly flared bottom which creates more room around the thigh area.  A draw string waist also allows for a better fit.

Curved side seams and a bound hem gives these board shorts a modern edge.

For those of you who like options, my ladies board shorts come in two leg lengths – midi and longer. Check the size chart for lengths. The last picture shows the difference in length.

ABOUT THE BOARD SHORTS

Young Squad uses luxury Italian fabric that utilises recycled plastic bottles in its production making it eco friendly and sustainable.

Our board short fabric is also:

•  Light weight (perhaps 3/4 weight of normal board short fabric)
•  Quick Drying
•  Durable

The fabric used to make these board shorts is printed by a local Gold Coast business.The swimsuits are made by highly skilled seamstresses on the Gold Coast. Each seamstress has over 20 years experience sewing lycra and some have sewn for big brands including Billabong in the past.

SIZING

Young Squad is proud to be able to offer these board shorts in plus size options in fitting with the philosophy that even BODY is a beach body.

Available in size 14 midi ONLY   Model is wearing size 14 in the midi length. Last picture shows the difference in length between long and midi styles.

These board shorts are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production.

CUSTOMISATION

Let’s face it we’re not all the same shape and size! That’s what makes us unique. If you need a simple size customisation like leg circumference altered or lengthening swimsuit slightly please leave a note at checkout with changes in centimetres needed. If you require more complex customisation please contact me here     Please note: some customisations may incur extra costs depending on complexity.

PATTERN COLOURS AND PLACEMENT

Please note I have tried to represent the colours on this swimsuit as best as possible.  Differences in screen types and photography lighting can cause some slight discrepancies.  Pattern placement will also differ between garments.
